Regarding the refund regulations for paid employment placement services

If a candidate hired through our referral (job seeker) leaves the company after joining due to personal reasons or reasons attributable to their own fault, we will refund a portion of the referral fee received to the employer in the amount specified below for the period and percentage.
If a portion of the referral fee is to be refunded, the following will apply:

・ If you leave within 30 days of joining the company, 70% of the referral fee will be refunded.

・ If you leave within 60 days of joining the company, 50% of the referral fee will be refunded.
・ If you leave within 90 days of joining the company, 20% of the referral fee will be refunded.

・ If you work for 91 days or more after joining the company, no refund will be given.

However, if the employer's treatment of the successful candidate (job seeker) violates various labor-related laws and regulations,
If a successful candidate (job seeker) resigns for personal reasons for the same reason, the referral fee will not be refunded.

*Regarding referral fees incurred by introducing dispatched workers who are currently working at the client company, and referral fees incurred through temp-to-perm placements,
This refund system does not apply. Furthermore, the refund system may be stipulated separately in the paid employment placement contract.
