Regulations for the Proper Management of Personal Information

The employees within the business office who are authorized to handle personal information shall be limited to employees of the Human Resources Department.
The person responsible for handling personal information shall be the Employment Placement Manager, Mr. Kiyotaka Morita. -
The Employment Placement Manager shall provide education and guidance regarding the handling of personal information to the employees specified in the preceding paragraph at least once a year.
In addition, the Employment Placement Manager shall attend the Employment Placement Manager Training Seminar at least once every five years. -
When a person requests disclosure of personal information related to themselves, the handler shall promptly disclose information based on objective facts such as the person’s qualifications and work experience in accordance with the request.
Furthermore, if the person requests correction (including deletion; hereinafter the same) and the request conforms to objective facts, the correction shall be made without delay.In addition, the Employment Placement Manager shall endeavor to inform job seekers regarding the handling procedures for disclosure or correction of personal information.

If a complaint is filed by a person regarding their personal information, the complaint handling officer shall respond sincerely and appropriately.
The person responsible for handling complaints related to personal information shall be the Employment Placement Manager, Mr. Kiyotaka Morita.
